  • During stressfull moment breath deeply and fully for five breaths at time.
  • Another good exercise is dance, dancing not only helps burn fat but it makes you happy, you can dance for between ten to thirty minutes for two to four times a week will benefit a lot for you.
  • Good method of exercise when the time is tight use video exercise . This you can keep a variety to suit your moods. Feel free to do the first 15 minutes if the time allow you do more.
