You should know what you eat and drink (part I)
In order to keep your skin healthy. A well balanced diet per each day which includes plenty of protein, foods for example fresh fruits, rice, pasta and vegetables are needed. Eat less fat in your diet as much as you can, it is better for your heart, skin and your weight. Avoid to eat every now and then ice creams, fried chicken, french fries (chips), salad with dressing cream, fried pork chop because most of this food have high percentage of fat on it. Try to think about food you usually eat, if do they have a lot of sugar or not. Many of us eat often too much sugar we every now and then buy food that are high in added sugar such as cakes, candies and soft drinks which are much higher in calories. Eating a lot of them can contribute a lot of skin breakout.
Avoid salt and sodium which found in most food you eat and drink. It is a part of salt, it can also found in other substances in food. Most of the sodium you eat are already from salt and foods you buy, for example sausages, ham, canned vegetables, and processed meat. The good news is all of these food now days, you can get them without added sodium and salt. Pay attention on the label make sure is written " no added salt or low sodium". Remember you only have one skin, so treat it right.
